In this 1.5 hour session, I will review what you have in your fridge and pantry and advise you on healthier alternatives, what to add and what to remove. We will talk about food likes and dislikes, and how to create healthy habits. No judgment!
Menu Planning and Shopping Lists
30 minutes and up - 2 week plan $250
Get rid of the dinner-time scramble - do your planning ahead of time! Menu planning saves time and money, and helps to prevent food waste. Whether you are omnivore, vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions, I can help you plan healthy meals for a week, or a month, whatever your needs. I can also help you create grocery lists and provide some of my favourite recipes for inspiration,

1.5 hours - $150 initial appointment - $75 per hour for follow-up (1/2 hour minimum)
At our first appointment, detailed health and lifestyle information is gathered. I will then analyze the results and design a personalized plan to help improve your health concerns.
