- Body care from Living Libations - This Canadian company crafts body care and cosmetics using pure essential oils. I've lost track of how many of their products I use, they have so many great ones. I highly recommend the "Best Skin Ever" facial oil line, my skin drinks it up. And their Zippity Dew Dab blasts away those pesky pimples in no time at all!
- Beard grooming products from Urban Beard. This small, Toronto-based company provides tools, products and how-to's for sporting a rocking beard! Their products use safe, natural ingredients and are made in small batches. My husband loves the beard oil, it really makes his beard softer. Check out that beard oil >>>
Cookbooks
- Meals that Heal Inflammation by Holistic Nutritionist, Julie Daniluk. Her cookbook explains in detail how inflammation in the body happens and what to do about it using food and lifestyle choices. I use the recipes from this book on a regular basis.
- The Joyous Cookbook by Joy McCarthy, Holistic Nutritionist. Her recipes are delicious and easy to make. Or save paper by downloading the Kobo version
- Oh She Glows by Angela Liddon, an amazing vegan food blogger turned author. I was using recipes from her blog before she even put out her first cookbook, they all turn out delicious!
